Opening a support case is the first step in getting help from Digimarc. Using the case feature ensures that everything is documented, all parties can view the details and updates, and that you are notified of resolutions. After the case is submitted, you will receive an email with the case number for your reference.
Step 1: Log into the Help & Support center.
Step 2: From the main screen, click Create Case.
Step 3: In the Ticket Details, confirm that your first and last name are correct. You can update your profile information at My.Digimarc.com. This information may be used for routing your case. Enter information about your case, including the tool, your operating system, and if browser based, what browser you are using.
Step 4: Click Select files... or drop files into the window to attach them to the case. Attaching files or screenshots can assist the support team.
Step 5: Click Create Case to submit the ticket.
