Plug-In Issues Detected: Digimarc for Packaging Extension for Adobe Illustrator

Troubleshooting plug-in issues when using our Adobe Illustrator extension.
When you attempt to run Adobe Illustrator and you receive the following error message:
Plug-In issues detected.
To fix the issues, you can try relaunching Illustrator in safe mode. DigimarcPackaging.aip
There is likely a version sync issue at hand between a new version of Adobe Illustrator and our latest version of the packaging extension.
To get help resolving this issue, you will want to sign into your Digimarc user account and use this help site to submit a support ticket.
For an immediate solution, please revert to your last version of Adobe Illustrator that worked with the Digimarc Packaging extension.
